Motivation & Mindset Group

Focused on change and forward momentum, utilize this group to motivate you toward your goals, solve minor life problems, and reframe thinking to a more useful mindset. Get feedback, guidance, support, and accountability from this small group of up to 10 participants. Mondays, 730-830pm

Anger Management

Learn  10 techniques in 11 weeks, with an opportunity to practice what you have learned between sessions, get feedback, and tune up your process. Separate groups for adults and teens. Approved by the Department of Juvenile Justice; court order or self-referral accepted. This group awards a certificate of completion, provided no more than 1 session is missed. Curriculum can be provided on an individual basis in a shorter time frame if a group is not running at the time you need the course. $480 including intake, discount if pre-paid.

Bullying Prevention & Resiliency

Never again be the one picked on! For former victims of bullying, this group builds resiliency, clears the trauma of the bullying experience, teaches skills and self-esteem, and makes a young person stronger. 12-week course. $480 including intake, discount if pre-paid. Mondays 430-530pm

Group Policy

All group participants must have a 1-hour individual intake session prior to joining the group. Participants do not need to be individual clients of Clear Mind Group, and can have a primary therapist elsewhere, or none at all. Intake is $150. Groups cost $30 per session; a sliding fee is available to a limited number of clients in need. A 10-week-out-of-12 commitment is requested to maintain continuity in the group and built trust among members.
