Are you freaking out about what comes after high school? Whether you are military-bound, college-bound, entering the workforce, or unsure what you’ll do after graduation, this group will help you get unstuck and quell your racing thoughts. We’ll help you make sense of identity shifts, the pressure and expectations of being a senior, and the actual life skills (time, money, and relationships) you’ll need in “the real world” in this 8-week group. Anxiety Group for Young Adults
Being the generation that has lived through nothing but unprecedented times, you have a unique life experience that caused you to second-guess everything. We understand and can help you through this way of thinking into a more calm and secure mindset. This is a short-term skill-based group that will teach you to self-soothe and manage anxiety in ways that are new and easy to implement in this 6-week group. College Seniors’ and Recent College Graduates’ Transition Group
“Who am I if I’m not a student anymore?” Open to seniors and recently graduated college students who are freaking out quietly (or loudly) about career path, losing structure, moving, finances, and all of those new concerns, address those issues here with peers and a guiding hand. Life Transitions for Adults 30+
Open to men and women, this ongoing group can be used to discuss divorce, dating, changing careers, caring for aging parents, being “sandwiched” between raising children and caring for parents, launching children into the empty nest phase of life, and more. Burned Out Therapists Unite
This 6-week closed group will teach you self-soothing strategies, ways to detangle from the mess that can be our minds, and calming skills to use in-session and between-sessions in order to show up your best and most refreshed self. Additional benefits may include: better sleep, increased happiness, and finding more joy in each day. Facilitated by Kylene, open to clients in: FL. Inner Quest
Focused on change through play, this Dungeons & Dragons’ style group is custom made to let new players or gaming experts create a safe family-like bond together by solving puzzles, using their wits, sharing, helping one another, and creating bonds. Get support and feel welcomed as you work through ADHD, Autism, Generalized Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Gender Dysphoria, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder in this 10-week group. Group Policy
All group participants must have a 1-hour individual intake session prior to joining the group. Participants do not need to be individual clients of Clear Mind Group, and can have a primary therapist elsewhere, or none at all. Intake is $225, and insurance is accepted. Groups cost $40 per session if not using insurance; a sliding fee is available to a limited number of clients in need. Please be able to commit to missing no more than 2 sessions to maintain continuity in the group and built trust among members.
